I'm not sure when it happened, but I noticed this morning that Emigrant lowered their interest rate to 4.55%. And now the Fed is expected to lower rates even more, so I'm expecting that Emigrant and other online savings accounts will be lowering their interest rates again soon. :-(

I hate when they lower their rates!
The best I've had since I started saving online has been 4.5%... They lowered it to 4.25% a couple months ago... Your rates are definitely higher in the US!
